These two audios will automate the effects of workouts but on different methods.
The first one don't use any actual workout based but yet use some key mechanics that happens in the body during a workout, to keep form and body in the conditioning to perform physical activities easier.

What this one does is: Activate and stimulate the Rev-erb components in the muscles.
It also increases the amount of Irisin, which is a beneficial hormone present in the body when realized physical exercises.
The audio also stimulates Hypertrophy, by increasing the actin and myosin proteins activity in the muscles, as well increasing the sarcoplasm in the muscle fibers which promotes thickness and width of the muscle fibers.
It will also increase muscle protein synthesis, so it's good to eat well and healthy.
It will also work causing micro injuries to muscle fibers, the same equivalent when doing an exercise.
And a mild addition is that it will redirect your natural(in body) Testosterone and HGH to your muscles. No addition or extra hormone, it is only your natural process but stimulated efficiency.


The second one is a street workout or calisthenic based and is focused solely on the performance of the mentioned exercises, no inner mechanisms.


What is programmed to do:
Includes 10 reps of regular fixed bars with a load of 50KG (extra)
10 reps open bars with 50KG
100 reps push-ups with 25KG
10 reps trapezius raise with 20KG.
10 reps Triceps dips with 50KG
10 reps of biceps bar pull with 20kg.
10 reps Shoulder Lifts with 20KG in each arm
10 reps Forearm with 10KG each arm

You may use both of them 3-6 times per day or as much you want the second one, since it don't contain any hormone, and note well where you feel any sensation, speakers are better and if you meditate or concentrate on the exercises while playing(as it creates mind-muscle connection as well), it has even more effects.
And of course always drink water.

Depending on your resistance, recommended using 3 times before your actual workouts and 3 during or after exercises, for amplified experience of effects. And also be aware that your heart rate may increase a little due to it being like doing an exercise, so if you have any heart problem, it's better to avoid this audio. 

It can be used by male or female as the hormones are from your own body being redirected. As it is like doing real workouts, it will obviously stop showing effects after your body is able to actually push condition to these exercises capacity. In this case, whether you use it only as form of conditioning retainment or help building more with your actual physical work. It can build mass though you need to eat accordingly.
